SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• FREE Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Mail for all USA orders over $75
• Orders under $75 will have a $5 flat rate shipping fee
• Most US based orders are shipped within 1 business day
• Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. 
• We also offer USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 day transit time depending on location). Rates are determined at checkout based on total weight and destination of order. (Please note that once an order is shipped it is in the hands of the USPS. Emu Joy cannot guarantee arrival in the time specified.)
• Shipping rates for all International (Non-US) orders are calculated based on actual weight and destination. Orders are shipped via International First Class Mail and may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Shipping fee does not include any taxes or custom fees that may be charged by the receiver's country. DHL Express is available for some international shipments and orders typically arrive within a few days.

• While Emu Joy has been able to help many people, we realize that there is no product that can guarantee it will work for 100% of people 100% of the time. If you give your Emu Joy product a reasonable trial and find it isn't right for you, please contact us about returning it for a refund.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
