Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• FREE Standard Shipping for all USA orders over $100 (U.S. Outlying and AK/HI surcharge of $5)
• Orders under $100 will have a $6 flat rate shipping fee (U.S. Outlying and AK/HI flat rate of $7)
• Most US based orders are shipped within 1 business day
• Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. 
• Shipping rates for all International (Non-US) orders are calculated based on actual weight and destination. Orders are shipped via DHL Express and may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Shipping fee does include taxes and/or custom fees. We do not allow returns on International orders.

• While Emu Joy has been able to help many people, we realize that there is no product that can guarantee it will work for 100% of people 100% of the time. If you give your Emu Joy product a reasonable trial and find it isn't right for you, please contact us about returning it for a refund.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. 
• Return policy does not apply to Kits or products purchased with a Discount Code
• Return label shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount
• Please note that we are unable to accept returns due to allergic reactions or fragrance sensitivities - we disclose our ingredients fully on our labels and website pages, please read them carefully!
• We do not allow for returns on International orders
